I want to talk about it all with some of the most amazing women I know. I want to share those moving stories of navigating through grief, startovers, rebrands, new seasons, personal growth, resistance and personal victories with you!

The Next Chapter with Tiffany
Grieving the Loss of Someone Who's Still Alive; Ambiguous Loss.
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
Grief is a very natural yet multi-layered response to loss. Most often, we associate grief with the death of someone we love, but what if the grief you were feeling was from the loss of what used to be, instead? What if that painful feeling of profound grief was due to the fact that the one you love is no longer what they used to be to you due to health or mental issues? We call that "ambiguous loss" and it is every bit as powerful as the death of a loved one, but that person is still living.
Join Dr. Becky and I as we discuss how this season of life can forever change us in ways we never imagined. We can either allow it to consume us, or we can cherish every positive moment we can with those we love while they're still here.
